Scope of Work:

Server: Configured with Microsoft Operating Systems (all service packs), SQL Package, VMS and/or Dream, Anti-virus, Backup Procedures, Network Utilities (if required), and network security

Stations: Configured with Microsoft Operating Systems (all service packs), VMS and/or Dream, Anti-virus, Utility Programs (Winzip, Adobe)

Not Covered: Data and voice cabling, troubleshooting internet connectivity, Medicare Billing/Telephony issues, data conversion assistance, coexistence with existing networks. Any of the above scenarios may require additional labor to resolve.
