Remote Support (available for Microsoft XP offices)

Microsoft technology that is built into the XP Professional Operating System allows users to share their desktop with outside vendors. This technology enables faster response to the most common computer issues. The initial setup includes enabling the Remote Desktop, configuring individual computers, and configuring the internet router. Application of XP Service Pack 2 (required) may require additional labor.

Setup: 2 hours ($95 per hour)

Future remote assistance calls billed at $65 per hour

Monthly Server Maintenance:

This package is applicable for offices running full versions of Microsoft Server and SQL Server. These actions are performed only on the Server machine using remote access technology. The manager is faxed a monthly report for review.

Review of System and Application event logs for hardware or software errors.

Review of Backup Logs (if applicable)

Review of Virus Activity

$75 per month

Quarterly Workstation Maintenance:

This service package is offered for Workstation Maintenance and includes all service packs, anti-virus scan, and spyware scan.

$35 per station

Annual Inspections: The Annual HIPAA Inspection is conducted using extensive on-site checklists and investigations. This exam is designed to help the office improve any deficiencies and maintain proof of a proactive security policy. Cost will vary.

Off-site backup: A Systems Up Engineer will conduct an on-site backup of the Visionary and Dream data on removable media for storage in Systems Up storage facility.

$35 per visit

Disaster Preparedness:

Systems Up has developed detailed plans for ensuring the practice can provide health care and patient information in the event of a disaster. This package has various phases that involve discovery, creation of Network Administrator Handbook, Alternate site planning/coordination, and Emergency Server access. Cost will vary.

Email/Web Hosting: Systems Up has the hosting facilities capable of handling your email and web hosting needs. Entrusting Systems Up with this routine internet process is crucial to helping us solve email related issues. $25 per month
